chair yoga
This is a gentle yoga practice for all levels. Using a chair each class focuses on general mobility and breathing. Ideally you will have access to a chair with no arms on it, but if that’s not possible we, can work around that! Some weeks we may work on a little bit of balance, but again with support from a chair/ wall for support. If you would like to join this class live, then please tune in Tuesday’s at 10:30am every chair yoga class is FREE and open to every age and ability and we love to have a good chat before we stretch :)
