I’m excited to be joining Clem Balfour (Yoga Brunch Club) for a special mums- to- be Yoga Brunch Club series, together with London’s go to event caterers El Kemp, and Rock My Bowl for a virtual pregnancy yoga brunch club !

  • 11.00-12.00 Online pregnancy yoga with Katy Bateman

  • 12.05-12.30 Breakout groups to chat with other mums to be over brunch, or the option to join the live Q&A chat with El and Rebecca

This is the perfect opportunity to take time to connect to yourself, your baby and more mums-to be. This nurturing class focuses on breathing techniques for labour, finding physical and mental space for you (and your baby) and a delicious homemade brunch delivered to your door.

Tickets include: 60mins Pregnancy yoga, 3 course brunch and home delivery

How it works:

  1. The yoga session will take place online via Zoom, so you will need a phone, laptop or computer to join the class, you will be emailed the link to the class the Friday before the event.

  2. Your 3-course brunch will be delivered to you at home on Sunday 29th November between 7am-10am via Kemp Kitchen and Rock My Bowl’s contact free delivery service via a designated delivery slot.

  3. Please note delivery is only available for the postcodes listed above. Please do get in touch here if you would like to check if we can deliver to you, or you want to arrange a click and collect.

  4. If two or more of you are in a household and want to share the experience just select that option when you book your ticket, your friend or partner can opt into to join the vinyasa flow class running at the same time, you will each receive your own brunch.

  5. After yoga we will sit down and enjoy a delicious feast at home, with the opportunity to move it to smaller break out groups to chat with Katy and each other or you can join the live Q&A with Rebecca and El.

This is a pregnancy yoga class, recommended for women who are 12+ weeks into their pregnancy.

To Start

Winter granola bowl with yoghurt, seasonal fruit compote and homemade granola

Main

Slow cooked winter vegetable stew or tagine to warm you up post yoga

Dessert

Coconut macaroons or a friand to enjoy with a cuppa
