Chest, arms + hands strokes
Hello!
Here’s the recording of our zoom class : watch class. Our successes this week involved lots of successful breastfeed in public (well done ladies!) smile, rolling over and im thrilled to say ive never had so many positive emails about poop (!) lol, I’m very happy the tummy stokes are working… and a word to the wise, perhaps keep a nappy on for these stokes lol!!
Hiya guys!
Here’s the zoom of todays class: legs and feet. apologies again for the internet going down at the start.. although it does mean there’s a moment in the vid where we get to see adorable little Alex enjoying his new playmat(!) (so, you know.. silver linings and all that!)
If you have any questions please let me know! For those who missed todays live session, we had a chat at the start and shared highlights of the week which included the joys of pooping (looking forward to the montage Emma!), successful slings and country walks (and fingers crossed the beer garden!) , excitement for visits from grandparents from Scotland to Switzerland! And of course the aforementioned and shiny new baby mat! Feel free to share your weekly highlights in the comment section below - it’s our private little chat room :)
See you next week!
Hiya Guys!
Great to see you today! Here is the link for the zoom recording (or just watch the vid below!)
Please remember to do a patch test of oil at some point during the week at leats 48hrs prior to next weeks session!
Thanks so much
Katy

Note on Colic:
Colic is when a babies cries uncontrollably. If you notices your baby is crying for a sustained period of time (2-3 hours or so) and especially towards the afternoon / evening there’s a good chance they may be suffering from colic (especially if you have already ruled wind/ hunger / tiredness / nappy change / rashes / sickness. ) Remember it is a very common for babies to suffer from colic, we don’t know what causes it, but the main thing is, you’re not doing anything wrong !!
If you are concerned, I would always advise talking to you’re midwife / GP.
We always want to promote a baby led massage, however babies suffering for colic are a *slight*exception to the rule. Try the Colic relieving routine (fully clothed, no oils.)to see if it helps to relieve symptoms - and also to try as a preventative measure.
At first 2-3 times per day while baby is happy, and after a few days 1-2 times per day (for at least 3 days in a row) and also when baby is suffering episodes of colic. – Once through, and either stop, or if baby looks to be relaxing once more again.
Feel free to print out the colic handout to quickly have to hand :)
